We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions:
Return Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Item Condition: Returned items must be in unused, original and merchantable condition and in their original packaging, including all accessories, booklets and tags. If the product has been altered in any way or shows signs of use, the return will be refused, and the product(s) will be returned to the sender.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact customer service with your order number and reason for return. Please make sure to insure your return shipment and use a trackable shipping method. Glowy Lane will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
Refunds and Exchanges: We will issue an exchange or refund within 15 days after the product has arrived at the warehouse (return address will be provided). We may take this long as the product(s) will need to be carefully inspected; the usual time is much quicker. All exchanges will be shipped to its original shipping address. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
